The Local Internet started with marketplaces, geography and domains — years ago.

It would be easy to describe this work as an AI project. It isn't, and it never was.

The thesis came from operating marketplace nodes, publishing local information, and organizing thousands of strategic domains into something with a shape.

What AI changed is the ceiling. Structured local records were valuable before; now they are the interface between the physical world and systems that can reason about it.

The work didn't pivot. The horizon moved.
